Millstone Painting (Renovo LLC) is a family owned residential repaint business based in Wilton, CT and is expanding our production capacity in Fairfield County. We are seeking established 2-4 person subcontractor painting crews for long-term partnership. We specialize in organized, professionally managed exterior and interior residential repaint projects. Our systems are built around structure, clarity, and long-term relationships. This is a subcontractor role, not a W-2 employee role. You focus on production, we’ll handle marketing, sales, and customer management.

Projects Include

  • Exterior Repaints (body, trim, fascia, windows, etc.)

  • Interior Repaints (walls, doors, baseboards, stairways, etc.)

  • Deck and fence staining

We are building partnerships with professional subcontract painters who:

  • Deliver clean, high-quality prep and finish work

  • Provide their own professional equipment

  • Communicate clearly and show up consistently

  • Take pride in their work and reputation

You Provide

  • High-quality prep and production

  • Professionalism and reliability

  • Tools and equipment

  • Experience with small, cosmetic exterior wood and drywall repairs a plus

  • Lead-safe certification a plus

Minimum Requirements

  • CT Registered Home Improvement Contractor (ex: LLC with EIN)

  • Active General Liability AND Worker’s Compensation Insurance

    • Can provide a COI listing Renovo LLC as named-insured

  • 2-3 painters minimum

  • Clean, professional work

  • Reliable communication

We are NOT looking for:

  • Solo painters

  • Uninsured crews

  • Side-job/handyman workers

Serious crews only. If you are looking for steady, professionally managed work without handling sales or chasing homeowners, we would welcome a conversation. Earnings depend on crew size, production rate, and project volume. Reasonably expected compensation $2000-$6000 per week. Qualified crews will be contacted for a short phone screen.
